Stripes

Took on the bicentennial park today. It was fascinating to walk around and try to photograph different things, just whatever catches my eye. At the end of the day, this bench won out above the rest. I didn't like any other one as much, or enough. So here we are, with a very graphic image, almost abstract.

Lately I think my photos are very minimalist. I may play around with the idea and try to go even more-so.

Also I took a pretty awesome cell phone photo today which gets me thinking, maybe cell phone photos should be included daily. I walk around with it in my pocket almost everywhere I go, why not use it? It's not holding me back. Good photography doesn't rely on the equipment. So we'll see what happens there as well.
